Predictability

We recognize that, in some scenarios, using only the predictive or adaptive approach is useful and appropriate.

However, we believe that, in many other situations, a combination of these approaches is the most suitable choice. This is what we call Hybrid Management, and with this manifesto, we encourage:

To guide the implementation of these values, we have defined the following
Hybrid Management Principles:

Consider the timing, skills, perspectives and feelings of individuals.

Create a secure environment to allow transparency and freedom in communication.

Define indicators that reflect the team's performance and the agreed results.

Determine a management structure, team, and leadership style appropriate to the context.

Balance expectations and engage key stakeholders.

Choose the best combination of approaches to achieve the results.

Establish a continuous flow of value delivery.

Be prepared to quickly manage learning, changes, and risks, considering a systemic view.

Manage iteratively to facilitate learning and allow adaptations.

Maintain an integrated view of the environment, business, practices and people.

Plan, document and adapt as needed.

Simplify and cultivate a continuous process improvement.
